Speaker Bio
Caleb has spent 20 years seeing the future arrive early. Today, he helps leaders turn AI, disruption and emerging culture into practical strategy, sharper thinking and commercial opportunity.
Caleb is an AI expert, futurist, keynote speaker, facilitator and award-winning author who has spent the last two decades working at the forefront of startup technology, digital transformation and emerging business models.
Long before AI became a boardroom priority, Caleb was involved in successive waves of digital change. His work has taken him through Web 2.0, social media, the sharing economy, SaaS, MarTech, LegalTech, BioTech, platform businesses and now Agentic AI. Across these cycles, he has developed a sharp instinct for spotting patterns, understanding how markets form and helping leaders make sense of change before it becomes urgent.
He is the co-author, with Minter Dial, of Futureproof: How To Get Your Business Ready For The Next Disruption, published by Pearson and the Financial Times, and winner of the Best Business Book Awards. The book explored many of the challenges businesses are now facing, from disruption and leadership to technology, culture and the need to prepare before change arrives. He is also the co-author of ‘How To Really Use LinkedIn’ exploring personal branding and social selling, reflecting his long standing interest in how influence, authority, networks and trust shape business growth.
Caleb has worked with and consulted for leading global brands including Salesforce, RBS, American Express, Canon, Barclays, McCain, Hertz and LinkedIn. His work has taken him internationally, advising and speaking to teams across different markets, cultures and sectors.
He has been a guest contributor to HuffPost and a regular guest contributor for the BBC. He has also been invited to speak at SXSW on how to Futureproof Your Business for the Next Disruption. Much of his work sits between where businesses are today and where they need to be next, helping leaders understand what is changing, what it means and how to prepare with confidence.
Caleb’s thinking sits between AI, entrepreneurship, psychology, culture, marketing, brand and leadership. As a polymath with a neurodivergent ADHD mind, he draws from a wide range of interests and quickly connects ideas that others may miss. In a world being reshaped by AI, his ability to join the dots, reframe problems and make sense of fast moving change has become a powerful lens for leaders and teams.
As a speaker, board advisor, trainer and workshop facilitator, Caleb helps organisations think more clearly about the future and act with greater confidence. His talks explore startup thinking, disruptive leadership, what established businesses can learn from Founder Mode, and how larger companies can build more entrepreneurial cultures from within.
He brings this perspective to subjects including Agentic AI, flywheel AI solutions, moats, leadership authority, personal branding, marketing, brand strategy and the case study of the world’s first billion dollar, two person company built by Agentic AI. His work helps audiences connect the strategic, technological and human dimensions of disruption, rather than treating them as separate conversations.
Having experienced the painful collapse of his own business during the global credit crunch, Caleb understands first hand what it means to face failure, uncertainty and reinvention. He has also helped other businesses navigate the need to pivot, adapt and rebuild during periods of change. This lived experience gives his work a rare honesty. He speaks about failure, resilience, responsibility, collaboration, psychology, pain, shame, emotional intelligence and the human capacity needed to lead through change and uncertainty.
Alongside his speaking, consultancy and entrepreneurial work, Caleb has worked with hundreds of senior leaders from multinational businesses on the development of their personal branding, leadership authority and public positioning. This work requires trust, discretion and the ability to create space where leaders can think honestly about who they are, what they stand for and how they want to be understood. Caleb brings a deeply relational, confidential and highly human approach to this work, helping leaders communicate with greater clarity, credibility and confidence.
Caleb is also a trained Enneagram facilitator and coach, and a trained Business and Leadership Mediator, bringing a deeper understanding of personality, conflict, communication and human behaviour into his work with leadership teams.
His understanding of Gen Z and Gen Alpha adds another layer to his work on future readiness. Caleb helps leaders think more clearly about the expectations, behaviours and values of the next generations, from how they work and learn to how they engage with culture, brands, technology and authority.
Caleb lives by the beach in Southbourne, Dorset, with his two children, while continuing to work regularly with clients in London. He is a keen cyclist and loves a single malt Old Fashioned.
